My initial engraving was all on clear glass. Lead Crystal gives such vibrant results and enables a range of grey scale 'colours'. I compare engraving on lead crystal to carving butter whilst window pane glass is like concrete.
'Cello'
A birthday present commissioned for a Cello Player's special birthday. The music from Saint Saëns 'The Swan' winds its way down and round the jug ending with the notes turning into cygnets and the Stave into a river with the mother swan floating serenely down.
